Consultation requests
When you submit a project request, we save the contact and project details you provide so our team can review your inquiry, contact you and discuss your project. Optional photos, drawings and PDFs are saved with your request in private file storage and are accessible through the restricted team inbox. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive documents in the message or uploads.
Who can see your request
The team inbox is restricted to approved team accounts. Website hosting and database services process the information needed to operate the site. This website does not sell your inquiry details or automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Saved inspiration
Saved project choices are kept in your browser on this device. The project planner keeps your selections for the current browser session. These choices can be included with a consultation request. Clearing your browser data removes locally saved choices.
Referral information
If you follow a campaign or referral link, its source information may be included with your consultation request so we can understand where inquiries originate. There is no advertising tracker or embedded third-party map on this website.
External links
Manufacturer websites and map links open external services with their own privacy practices. Screen colours and inspiration photographs do not replace physical samples or approved specifications.
